Orders
Placing an order is a request, not a confirmed sale — we'll contact you by phone to confirm final pricing, availability, and delivery/pickup details before fulfilling it.
Pricing
Prices are shown in KES and are subject to change without notice; any currency conversion shown is approximate and for reference only. Where an item shows "Price TBC," the final price will be confirmed with you directly.
Payment
Payment is arranged directly with our team (e.g. M-Pesa) and confirmed once received — a receipt is issued at that point.
Delivery
Delivery timing and fees depend on your location and are confirmed at checkout or by phone. We're not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. weather, traffic, courier issues).
Cancellations & subscriptions
Orders can be cancelled before confirmation by contacting us directly. Monthly subscriptions are governed by the separate Subscription Service Agreement shared with you when you sign up.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login PIN/password private. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
